Co-Founder / Managing Director
As a Co-Founder, his role consists of various roles as you would expect. But he heads up the agencies Marketing & Sales. Driving qualified leads and building our brand, whilst making new business calls with prospective clients.
After studying Fashion Marketing and Promotion at the London College of Fashion; he co-founded Ad Score in 2020. As our founder, he was instrumental in establishing our solid foundations and pioneering many of the digital marketing tactics that are commonplace today. Kristian is passionate about helping fashion brands grow, laying the right foundations for sustainable growth using all the experience he’s built during his career in the industry.
Adrian Martin
Co-Founder / Creative Director
He’s a heavy hitter in our agency, creating, growing, and transforming brands for a huge range of visionary clients. Adrian brings a wide skill-set from traditional print design, typography and illustration, all the way through to digital and physical retail experiences. He is as confident leading, guiding, and mentoring other creatives as he is listening to and grafting for clients.

Social Media Manager
Alan is a unique analyst who will add an original flavour to your campaigns. Alan has worked on a variety of campaigns with artists from different genres and has tailored each of the campaigns the suit musical sounds and styles.
Thinking outside the box and taking perceptions from unique angles and applying unique views. He is the logical thinker and the creative.
Davide Gnakale
Project Manager / Creative Strategist
Combining a background in recruitment sales and product design, Davide is quite a creative chameleon, capable of planning and executing a vast range of client campaigns in an engaging manner with a key focus on understanding how your audience thinks.
Constantly keeping his ear to the ground, he stays connected to new trends and is well positioned to keep your brand and business growth goals relevant to the times. As a natural communicator and problem solver he is able to freely connect the dots when liaising with multiple touch points across your business to develop a tailored strategy to any budget
